Who is Edelio Sanchez?

I am Edelio Sanchez, a REALTOR® with eXp Realty LLC, part of Team G.R.E.A.T., based in Clermont, Florida. I hold Florida real estate license SL3523600, issued by the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation, and I have been licensed since 2022, so four years as of 2026. I work in English and Spanish, both fluently, and I run consultations, contracts and closings in whichever language my client thinks in.

Most of the people I work with are buying their first home, and most of them were told at some point that they could not qualify yet. My job is to show them exactly what stands between them and a closing date, then work through it with them in order.

Why did you become a real estate agent?

I am originally from Venezuela. In 2006 the government expropriated the three-acre estate my family was building. We left, traveled through Mexico, reached the United States, and asked for asylum. I later studied Post Production Technologies and Videography here in Florida, which is where the video and marketing side of my work comes from.

Helping a family close on a home lands differently when your own family lost the one they were building.

Before real estate I spent over a decade in service, at Marriott International and The Cheesecake Factory. That is where I learned to listen carefully, explain things plainly, and follow through without being chased.

What makes working with you different?

I start with the numbers, not the listings. Before we tour anything, we look at your credit, your debt to income ratio, your down payment options and what a lender will actually approve. If the answer today is not yet, I will tell you that, and then I will give you the specific steps and a realistic timeline instead of leaving you guessing.

What does AI Certified actually mean?

I hold the AI Certified Agent credential, issued by krem.ai. In practice it means I use technology to do the slow parts faster: pulling comparable sales, drafting offer scenarios, tracking deadlines, and keeping you updated without you having to ask. It does not replace judgment or negotiation. It gives me more time to spend on those.

Where do you actually work?

I am based in Clermont and my day to day market is the Lake County and west Orange corridor: Clermont, Minneola, Groveland, Montverde, Horizon West, Winter Garden, Ocoee, Davenport and Haines City, plus Windermere as the adjacent luxury pocket. I work Orlando and Kissimmee regularly too, and I will say plainly when a question is better answered by someone who lives in that specific submarket.
